🌿 August Newsletter
I can't quite believe we're already in August! The summer seems to be flying by, and I hope you've all managed to enjoy the sunshine, spend time outdoors and, most importantly, take a little time for yourselves.
Thank you!
A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our very first Wellness Club gathering on Saturday 25th July. What a wonderful morning it was! It was everything I'd hoped it would be; movement, laughter, meaningful conversations and a room full of incredible women supporting one another. Seeing everyone connect and leave feeling energised reminded me exactly why I wanted to create this community. If you couldn't make it this time, I'd love to see you at the next one!

Save the Date – Wellness Club
I'm already so excited for our next Wellness Club, and I think you're going to love what I have planned. We'll be starting the morning with a full-body movement class, followed by delicious overnight oat pots to help us refuel. If you'd like to continue, we'll then head off on a scenic walk to the beach, with the option of a sea swim or simply relaxing on the sand.

It's going to be a wonderful morning!
Healthy Swap of the Month – Mayonnaise
I have to admit, I always cringe a little when I see people using lots of mayonnaise! It's one of those foods that can be surprisingly high in calories and often contains refined oils and a long list of ingredients. The good news is that it's actually really easy to make your own with just a few simple ingredients. A healthier homemade mayonnaise: Greek yoghurt or Skyr yoghurt, Dijon mustard, Lemon juice, A little olive oil (optional), Salt and black pepper. It takes just a couple of minutes to make and is much higher in protein than traditional mayonnaise. That said... I'm all about being realistic. I don't always have the time (or inclination!) to make my own either. So, if you're looking for a convenient alternative, I've recently discovered Hunter & Gather, and I was really impressed with the ingredients. It's become a great option to have in the fridge for those busy days. Remember, healthy eating isn't about being perfect; it's about making small swaps that you can stick to. Those little changes really do add up over time.

Have a Wonderful August
Whether I see you at a PT session, one of my classes, over a coffee, or at our next Wellness Club, thank you for continuing to be part of this community. Keep moving, keep looking after yourself and remember that every small step counts.
