My fitness journey started around 7 years ago.
Sounds simple when I think back, but I made a conscious decision to be the best version of myself.
The steps I took and the benefits I now enjoy are the core of my personal training sessions.
When I started at the gym I felt good and my mental health improved. This feeling meant that I quickly started to go daily! Little and often I found, really, worked well.
I researched food and healthy eating, and soon I decided to get qualified as a Personal trainer and nutrition coach.
Now that I've become established, it's clear to me that what I enjoy the most is helping others. All my clients know I truly care about their wellbeing and fitness journey.
