My First Wellness Day Is Happening!

I’m super excited to announce that my first-ever Wellness Day is happening on Saturday, March 29th with none other than Ross from Dynamic Fitness!

It’s going to be an incredible day packed with fitness, relaxation, learning, and com
munity – and I would love for you to join us.
Here’s a sneak peek at the day’s schedule:
Welcome & Registration – 9:30 AM -Arrive and get settled in with a warm, friendly welcome! Start your day with a soothing herbal tea and a delicious healthy treat to set a positive tone for the rest of the day.
Wolterton Hall Tour - Explore the beauty and history of Wolterton Hall with an exclusive guided tour. Take in the peaceful surroundings, and let the estate’s charm inspire you as we get ready to dive into a day of wellness.
Full Body Workout - A dynamic workout targeting all major muscle groups, designed for all fitness levels – from beginners to advanced. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself or ease into a new routine, this session has you covered!
Nutrition & Lifestyle Talk - A session with expert advice on healthy eating, balanced nutrition, and lifestyle choices to help you feel energized and maintain overall well-being. Learn practical tips you can start implementing right away.
LunchA nourishing and delicious healthy lunch to fuel your body and keep you feeling great for the rest of the day.
Mindful Walk - Take a calming, mindful walk through the beautiful grounds of Wolterton Hall. Embrace nature, practice relaxation, and refresh your mind.
Core & Stretch - Focus on strengthening your core while incorporating flexibility exercises to improve posture, balance, and mobility. This session will leave you feeling both strong and relaxed.
4:30 PM – Goodbyes & Goodie Bags - We’ll wrap up the day with heartfelt goodbyes, and each attendee will receive a goodie bag filled with wellness treats and surprises to take home!
