Not all smoothies are created equally!


Most people load up their smoothies with fruit, so it tastes good, right? The problem is that our blood sugar spikes and then drops AND we’re left hungry again (this also causes inflammation!) Try this smoothie formula that has totally changed the game: Veggies + Protein + Fat + Fibre. How much nutritional value your smoothie gives you is completely down to the ingredients you use.



Ingredients


- 1 cup wild blueberries

- 1 cup frozen kale/spinach

- 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

- 1 tbsp MCT oil


Optional Ingredients


Sunflower, pumpkin, sesame or flax seeds, avocado
